A difficult test to a relationship, no matter how strong, is to weather the challenges of being apart. Emily and Skyler proved that the trials of distance were no match for what they had. While the bride-to-be was busy coordinating wedding details, her fiance, Skyler, was off in Parris Island in boot camp training to become a United States Marine. Though the separation was difficult, it all proved to be worth the wait. When Emily and Skyler saw one another for the first time, the bride dressed in a graceful gown designed by Casablanca Bridal and the other dressed in official blue Marine dress, it could only be described as absolute magic. Elle Golden Photography captured the beautiful day at the Horse Creek Winery in Nashville, Georgia. The rich dark wood of the winery complemented the bright sunflower and mason jar table centerpieces created by florist Lisa Hester, a friend of the bride. The winery wedding incorporated a tasteful white cake topped with an initial “M” designed by Tina Hall of Publix Catering, which the bride and groom happily shared with one another. The couple processed out in a parade of sparklers, ready to take on the world!
A big salute to you Skyler and Emily on your big day! Thank you Elle Golden Photography for sharing this remarkable occasion!
