Go Pirates! Drew and Cameron’s memorable urban wedding featured bursts of East Carolina University school spirit. J+A Photography captured the ECU spirit with ease, as the couple sported the official school colors- purple and yellow- with pride all throughout their special day. The bride’s bouquet and the floral centerpieces were composed of flowers in the requisite colors, freshly cut from a local farm, shared the photographer. Cameron looked stunning in a simple, pleated ivory gown designed by Ava Formals matched with adorable TOMS ivory grosgrain wedges. The bride showed off her creative side by wearing an ECU purple garter to continue the theme. Wasn’t that a great idea? Both the ceremony and reception were held at the charming Cobblestone Hall in Raleigh, North Carolina. The most notable ECU detail of the evening was the frosted miniature of the school’s mascot, PeeDee the Pirate, buried beneath the layers of the wedding cake designed by Cinda’s Creative Cakes. Down to the last detail, this affair turned ordinary school spirit into a fun and creative way to style a wedding! J+A Photography captured the love this couple has for East Carolina University and of course, the love they have for one another.
Congratulations Drew and Cameron! Thank you J+A Photography for sharing with us this wonderful themed wedding!
